Information on the (3rd) Precinct Advisory Council (3PAC) Meetings:

The meetings are typically held on the 4th Monday of each month at 6;30pm at the 3rd Precinct Offices on Lake Street and Minnehaha Avenues. Attending these meetings is an effective way to become familiar with the Precinct Inspector, Lucy Gerold, Wes Oslund, the 2nd Sector Lutenient, and Karen Notsch, our civilian crime prevention specialist. Attending these meetings also provides a way for the MPD Officers to become familiar with you and any neighborhood safety or crime concerns that you discuss.
