Every Thursday night is Neighborhood Night, let's make it a date! We'll validate your stub if you park in the 10th Avenue Parking Ramp, free for up to three hours!

Rebecca's formal piano training began when she was in first grade. To date, she has already produced three CDs. She has also become involved with a group of solo pianists called "The Whisperings Community.”

ARTICLE I. NAME
The name of this non-profit corporation shall be "Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association". It may also be referred to as "PPNA".

Our Board of Directors
Jen Aspengren
Jen Aspengren has lived in Powderhorn since 2004. She serves as the Director for National Programming and the Midwest Region, and the manager for Asia region, for Youth Venture. She holds an M.P.P. in Urban Policy and Nonprofit Management from the Humphrey Institute, and a B.A. in English and Justice and Peace Studies from the University of St. Thomas. She and her husband, Jeff, love the neighborhood and take frequent walks in the park.
