This means a buyer that won’t displace them or raise rents, a buyer who will ensure that the living conditions are safe and repairs are made, a buyer who won’t discriminate against them based on race or ability or immigration status. And there’s good news! Alliance Housing, a local non-profit housing provider with a good reputation in the community has made an offer on the building. Join the tenants as they call on the current owner to accept the offer from Alliance Housing.
