Support our neighbors as they work to secure the future of their homes!

Residents of 3251 14th Ave South have been working diligently to ensure that the building they live in is sold to a buyer that will prioritize their access to affordable and stable housing. This means a buyer that won’t displace them or raise rents, a buyer who will ensure that the living conditions are safe and repairs are made, a buyer who won’t discriminate against them based on race or ability or immigration status. And there’s good news! Alliance Housing, a local non-profit housing provider with a good reputation in the community has made an offer on the building. Join the tenants as they call on the current owner to accept the offer from Alliance Housing.
