Meet the Jurors of the 2nd Annual Powderhorn Shark Tank! Contestants will be evaluated in multiple categories by a juried panel of business experts, and winners will receive a variety of prizes including cash awardsand connections to local business coaches and resources.

Claudia Gutierrez is the owner and operator of Hamburguesas El Gordo. A family owned Tex-Mex street food restaurant that focuses on freshly made to order Mexican style burgers and handmade tortilla authentic tacos. Claudia loves to cook for her family and friends and this love for cooking inspired her dream of opening her own Mexican restaurant where she could serve Northern style Mexican food and showcase the delicious foods she grew up with. She was born and raised in the northern part of Mexico, a small city on the border with Texas where a lot of dishes are influenced by American cooking which makes this fusion very interesting, delicious and fun.
Hector Martinez is currently the Vice President of Supplier Diversity at U.S. Bank where he and his team support the banks efforts in building a sustainable diverse procurement program. Previous to him joining U.S. Bank Hector worked at Xcel Energy the fourth largest public utility for 8 years. His unique role in Supply Chain and Supplier Diversity led to substantial gains in dollar spend and contracts awarded to diverse suppliers in the companies footprint with increases in spend totaling over half a billion.

Sarah Pike is the Women’s Business Center Director at WomenVenture where she oversees the training, lending, business counseling, and volunteer management. Sarah has over 20 years experience working within economic and business development, which includes owning her own business. Prior to joining WomenVenture, she spent nine years working predominantly with co-operatives, as the Executive Director of the Association of Cooperative Educators; and as Director of Communications and Partnerships for CEDC, a technical assistance provider for cooperatively-owned enterprises.
Dara Rudick is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) with more than 20 years’ proven success in serving associations that are determined to thrive. To date, she has engaged dozens of team members to serve 10,000+ members, implement the vision of 25 boards of directors, manage hundreds of volunteers, and deliver nearly one thousand stellar events.

Worked across energy, agriculture and retail businesses. Graduated from Bethel (BA) and St. Thomas (MBA). Work closely with Ace in the City and the Mills Church.
