After the civil uprising following the heinous murder of Mr. George Floyd, a group of community leaders came together to form the Lake Street Recovery Coalition. R.E.A.C.H. Twin Cities, created as a central information hub for news and events, is now administered as a program of Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association.

Focus on initiatives that weave racial equity into the community
Capture community input and share with initiative leads to create an inclusive and meaningful feedback loop
Energize and motivate community members to participate
