Housing in Action
HIA (Formerly Urban HomeWorks) provides affordable rental housing and homeownership opportunities for low-income households throughout the Twin Cities.

Housing Link
Housing Link's search engine finds affordable housing listings, filterable by geographical area and specific categories such as Section 8 & subsidized housing.

The Link
The Link provides emergency shelter, housing, crisis intervention, and supportive services to young people who are facing homelessness, sexual exploitation, and/or involvement in the juvenile justice or child welfare systems. Their programs include the Live Out Loud Project, a rapid re-housing program for LGBTQ+ youth between the ages of 18-23.

MNDHS Emergency Assistance
Families with low incomes experiencing household emergencies such as evictions, foreclosures, or utility shutoffs may qualify for the MN Dept of Human Services' emergency cash-grant program.

NeighborWorks Home Partners
NWHP helps people buy, fix, and keep their homes. Eligible Hennepin County homebuyers can apply to their Hennepin County HRA Homebuyer Assistance Program, which provides up to $30,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance.

Rebuilding Together Minnesota
Rebuilding Together strives to sustain healthy homes for all. Their programs include the Home Repair Program, providing volunteer-delivered housing repairs; and the Safe at Home program, providing home safety modifications for seniors and individuals living with disabilities.

RS Eden
RS Eden offers permanent and supportive housing, assistance with reentry after incarceration, and substance use recovery programs.

StreetWorks Outreach Collaborative
Streetworks offers a variety of services to MN youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including emergency shelter, counseling, harm reduction supplies, and medical services.

The Tenant Resource Connection
A phone line and collection of resources for tenants facing eviction, including legal help; housing & shelter; mediation; economic assistance; and veterans' services.

Behavioral Crisis Response Teams (City of Minneapolis)
BCRT provide 24/7 intervention and de-escalation to those experiencing a mental health emergency. To request BCRT to a non-emergency situation, call 612-348-2345. In an emergency, call 911. BCRT may call the police if the situation requires.

Center for Multicultural Mediation
CMM is dedicated to conflict resolution specifically involving Somali & East African Communities in the Twin Cities. They work to help the people of these communities overcome legal and systemic barriers to resolution, offering mediation; facilitation; training & education; and African youth support services.

Community Mediation & Restorative Services
CMRS is a non-abolitionist nonprofit partnered with local courts to provide mediation in civil disputes and restorative justice practices in criminal cases.

Conflict Resolution Center
CRC provides low-cost mediation services and conflict resolution training for individuals and organizations.

Cope Mobile Crisis Response
The Cope mobile crisis team responds to anyone in Hennepin County who needs an urgent response. Crisis services are available 24/7, 365 days a year. Bi-lingual staff and interpreters are available.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION CENTER
The Dispute Resolution Center offers a range of services for resolving disputes outside of the legal system. They take on issues from housing disputes to child custody. DRC also works closely with the Ramsey County court system as an alternative to criminal prosecution for crimes of all levels.

Neighborhood Safety (City of Minneapolis)
Minneapolis violence prevention groups and resources, including Group Violence Intervention, which works to address gun violence associated with gangs; and MinneapolUS, offering teams of community-based violence interrupters.

Mediation & Conflict Solutions
MCS works with people across southeast Minnesota who want to solve their own issues efficiently and effectively, without using the formal court system. They offer a variety of mediation structures, including remote options.

Missions Inc. Programs
MIP provides housing, emergency shelter and supportive services to domestic abuse survivors and those seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Their Domestic Violence hotline is open 24 hours at 763-559-4945.

Relationships Evolving Possibilities
Call or text REP's secure emergency hotline (952-737-3730) Fridays and Saturdays, 7pm - 12am, for a non-police response to nonviolent emergencies.

Restorative Justice Community Action
RJCA fosters restorative justice by facilitating community conferences between perpetrators of harm and those impacted by their actions, in order to discuss the root causes and create ways to repair harm.

Southside Harm Reduction Services
