A coalition of renters fighting for community control of housing, rent stabilization and tenant unions in Minneapolis, ancestral & unceded Dakota land.

The Link
The Link provides emergency shelter, housing, crisis intervention, and supportive services to young people who are facing homelessness, sexual exploitation, and/or involvement in the juvenile justice or child welfare systems. Their programs include the Live Out Loud Project, a rapid re-housing program for LGBTQ+ youth between the ages of 18-23.

MNDHS Emergency Assistance
Families with low incomes experiencing household emergencies such as evictions, foreclosures, or utility shutoffs may qualify for the MN Dept of Human Services' emergency cash-grant program.

NeighborWorks Home Partners
NWHP helps people buy, fix, and keep their homes. Eligible Hennepin County homebuyers can apply to their Hennepin County HRA Homebuyer Assistance Program, which provides up to $30,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance.

Rebuilding Together Minnesota
Rebuilding Together strives to sustain healthy homes for all. Their programs include the Home Repair Program, providing volunteer-delivered housing repairs; and the Safe at Home program, providing home safety modifications for seniors and individuals living with disabilities.

RS Eden
RS Eden offers permanent and supportive housing, assistance with reentry after incarceration, and substance use recovery programs.

Sharing & Caring Hands
Unhoused families with 2+ minor children may apply for shelter placement. SCH also provides essentials such as shoes, beds, and showering facilities depending upon current availability.

Simpson Housing Services
Provides a variety of housing & shelter services & programs, including the Adult Shelter Connect hotline in partnership with Hennepin County.

StreetWorks Outreach Collaborative
Streetworks offers a variety of services to MN youth experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including emergency shelter, counseling, harm reduction supplies, and medical services.

The Tenant Resource Connection
A phone line and collection of resources for tenants facing eviction, including legal help; housing & shelter; mediation; economic assistance; and veterans' services.

Touchstone's Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness
The PATH outreach program is dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness who are not currently receiving housing services. They provide comprehensive support to facilitate access to stable housing and essential services.

Atlas Defense
Offers mobile Violence Prevention Trainings through an abolitionist pedagogy, intentionally working with marginalized folx systemically overlooked by the self defense industry.

Behavioral Crisis Response Teams (City of Minneapolis)
BCRT provide 24/7 intervention and de-escalation to those experiencing a mental health emergency. To request BCRT to a non-emergency situation, call 612-348-2345. In an emergency, call 911. BCRT may call the police if the situation requires.

Center for Multicultural Mediation
CMM is dedicated to conflict resolution specifically involving Somali & East African Communities in the Twin Cities. They work to help the people of these communities overcome legal and systemic barriers to resolution, offering mediation; facilitation; training & education; and African youth support services.

Community Mediation & Restorative Services
CMRS is a non-abolitionist nonprofit partnered with local courts to provide mediation in civil disputes and restorative justice practices in criminal cases.

Conflict Resolution Center
CRC provides low-cost mediation services and conflict resolution training for individuals and organizations.

Cope Mobile Crisis Response
The Cope mobile crisis team responds to anyone in Hennepin County who needs an urgent response. Crisis services are available 24/7, 365 days a year. Bi-lingual staff and interpreters are available.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION CENTER
The Dispute Resolution Center offers a range of services for resolving disputes outside of the legal system. They take on issues from housing disputes to child custody. DRC also works closely with the Ramsey County court system as an alternative to criminal prosecution for crimes of all levels.

Neighborhood Safety (City of Minneapolis)
Minneapolis violence prevention groups and resources, including Group Violence Intervention, which works to address gun violence associated with gangs; and MinneapolUS, offering teams of community-based violence interrupters.

Mediation & Conflict Solutions
MCS works with people across southeast Minnesota who want to solve their own issues efficiently and effectively, without using the formal court system. They offer a variety of mediation structures, including remote options.

Missions Inc. Programs
MIP provides housing, emergency shelter and supportive services to domestic abuse survivors and those seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Their Domestic Violence hotline is open 24 hours at 763-559-4945.

Relationships Evolving Possibilities
Call or text REP's secure emergency hotline (952-737-3730) Fridays and Saturdays, 7pm - 12am, for a non-police response to nonviolent emergencies.

Restorative Justice Community Action
RJCA fosters restorative justice by facilitating community conferences between perpetrators of harm and those impacted by their actions, in order to discuss the root causes and create ways to repair harm.

360 Communities
360 Communities supports a network of five food shelves that provide food and resources to individuals and families during difficult times.

Calvary Food Shelf
Calvary Food Shelf provides food assistance for neighbors in South Minneapolis and the Twin Cities by appointment.

Community Aid Network MN
A grassroots, volunteer-led mutual aid organization providing free food distribution and delivery.

Community Emergency Service Neighborhood Food Market
Fresh, high quality groceries including culturally familiar foods, available by appointment on weekdays. Call or schedule online.

The Division of Indian Work's Food Shelf
A culturally-sensitive food shelf serving the urban American Indian population. A diaper bank is also available, as well as infant milk supplies.

Dream of Wild Health
An intertribal nonprofit striving to restore health and well-being in the Native community by recovering knowledge of and access to healthy Indigenous foods, medicines and lifeways.

East Side Neighborhood Services
The ESNS food programs include Glendale Food Shelf; the Senior Food Shelf; and the High Rise Mobile Food Shelf.

Fare For All
Fare For All is a pop-up grocery selling fresh produce and frozen meat at up to 40% off of retail prices.

First Nations Kitchen
FNK provides hot meals and produce to indigenous people and others who would not otherwise have access to high-quality, fresh food in an environment of radical hospitality and cultural empowerment.

The Food Group

The Humanity Alliance
