Behavioral Crisis Response Teams (City of Minneapolis)
Minneapolis Behavioral Crisis Response Teams provide free intervention and de-escalation to those experiencing a mental health emergency. As of Nov. 2023, they are available Monday-Friday, 24 hours. To connect with the CRT, call 9-1-1. The CRT may call the police if the situation requires.

Center for Multicultural Mediation
CACR is dedicated to conflict resolution specifically between Somali & East African Communities in the Twin Cities. They work to help the people of these communities in overcoming legal and systemic barriers to resolution. They offer Mediation, Facilitation, an African Youth Diversion Program, and Training and Education.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION CENTER
The Dispute Resolution Center offers a range of services for resolving disputes outside of the legal system. They take on issues from housing disputes to child custody. DRC also works closely with the Ramsey County court system as an alternative to criminal prosecution for crimes of all levels.
