“I think this is the best guac I’ve ever had!” I heard from the next table. These days, it’s not hard to find guacamole or a good Mexican meal in Minneapolis. Café Limon’s fresh ingredients make their dishes really stand out.
I was excited to bring my family to try out Café Limon, but a little nervous as it was new to the neighborhood and I’d never been there myself to give a stamp of approval. I was not disappointed. From the bistec to the curry to the kid’s quesadilla, everyone was thrilled with their meals across the board. We all boxed up our leftovers to snack on the next day.
Now, I can’t wait to go back and try more from their menu. A new restaurant in the neighborhood is always exciting, and I hope everyone gets a chance to welcome Café Limon to the neighborhood soon.
