This notice pertains to the Project for Pride in Living proposed a 42-unit supportive housing development at 3020 16th Avenue S. The building will feature a mix of unit sizes including 17 studios, 10 one- bedroom units, and 11 two-bedroom units, and 4 three-bedroom units. The building will serve people living with HIV/AIDS with Clare Housing as the service provider.

MSR Design submitted the following applications to allow for a four-story, 42-unit apartment building at 3010-3060 16th Ave S in the R5 Multiple Family District:
Variance to reduce the front yard setback along 16th Ave S for the new development.
Variance to reduce the interior side yard setback for the new development.
Variance to reduce the width of a drive aisle.
Site plan review.
