Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA) and Corcoran Neighborhood Organization (CNO) stand with our neighbors who are concerned and angry at the targeting of Minnesotans and escalation of activity from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Minneapolis over the past couple of weeks.
