This community garden has had active gardeners since it opened over 15 years ago. It needs new stewards to help carry it forward as the original folks have moved out of the neighborhood. It’s located on 15th Ave South, just across from Powderhorn Park.
We have 20 spots with a solidly built storage building on site. Tools and a wheelbarrow are available to the gardeners and we hand water from water barrels using water from a neighbor’s outside spigot. No pesticides are allowed and we charge $20 a spot with many gardeners returning year after year.
