HandsFreeMN is effective August 1st.
Starting on August 1st, you can receive a ticket for driving your vehicle with your cellphone in your hand. Make sure to abide by the new law for both the safety of yourself and others, as well as to avoid a ticket. There will be no warning tickets issued.
