Renters: Some Eviction Protection Ended October 12th
Beginning Oct. 12th landlords can file for eviction for nonpayment of rent unless you have a pending COVID relief application
You must have an application into a COVID Relief program to be protected from eviction until June 2022. Tenants who apply through other rent/financial/emergency assistance programs that are not funded by specific federal laws are not protected under Minnesota’s phaseout rules.

Renters Support Fund: Cost burdened renters can apply for a grant of $300 a month for 3 months. Learn more and apply here.
